Today's the day!

Ryan got his helmet today. He was diagnosed with positional plagiocephaly a couple months ago and I have been so worried about this day since we decided to put him in a helmet to correct it. Worried that my happy little guy would become so cranky. But we are working with an awesome group of people that know exactly what they are doing and have helped me so much! We are going to Idaho Orthodics & Prosthetics and working with Amy...I HIGHLY recommend if you are in need of such services!!
When we were leaving the dr.'s office I was really worried because Ryan was screaming!! My baby doesn't scream unless something is seriously wrong...like he just got shots or his PKU. That's the only other time I've heard him scream like this so I was about in tears myself & thinking how am I going to make it through the next 4 months!! After about 5 minutes down the road he settled down when we got to our stop I opened the door to get him out & he gave me a BIG smile!! A little reassurance for the mom...we will make it!!
