So I will be the first to admit that I am not a very good cook.....but I have been trying! This month I tried a quiche and I made a 2 layer cake for my birthday. This is a Mexican Quiche...very easy!! We all decided that quiche was not that great though. And it wasn't my fault!!!
The cake was a little lop-sided but delicious!!! I will try that again!
