A new challenge

So I was doing pretty well with the whole weight thing until I decided to post on here, then I hit a plateau! It was extremely frustrating! Then over Christmas break I gained back 4 pounds that think they want to stay...but hey, after all the junk I ate 4 pounds is probably not too bad. Anyway, I decided I needed to try something new so I signed up for this challenge. I think it will be just what I need. There are a number of points I need to work on...no soda, no fast food, no eating past 8...and I really like the ideas of reading scriptures, working on goals, and journaling too. This really is a good well-rounded challenge. My goal this week is working on my sleeping schedule. I have been struggling getting to bed before 1 lately...I have no idea why or what is even keeping me up but that's what time my head has been hitting the pillow. So this week bedtime is 10...no matter what! Wish me luck...I'll post more tomorrow!
