So I've been doing the challenge for about 3 weeks now. The only real changes I made were sugar/soda and no eating after 8. I've lost 5 pounds so far. I haven't really changed up my workout plans but I do feel like I'm geting stronger too!
Jer & I met spring break 1999 dancing and we were married later that summer! Sometimes I can't believe how fast time has flown by and how much has happened! We now have 5 beautiful babies! I can't wait to see what the next many, many years brings...
