It's amazing what a good workout will do

I've got a pretty regular schedule of workouts with some girlfriends. Mon/Fri we do strength. Thurs we do Zumba. Sat is kickboxing. Tues/Wed I'm on my own...sometimes I go to Zumba, sometimes I run a couple times I've done yoga (not too big of a fan of that though). I have been loving it! It's amazing how good you can feel after your done. No matter what you feel like before you start, you can't help but feel good after those happy little endorphins get in you!
