5th Grade Celebration
I just spent the morning at the kids school with all the 5th graders. We filled the field with fun stations to go through, a rocket launch, and a great lunch catered by Blimpie. It was a great day!! BUT it made me sad. Kayla has only 2 days left of elementary school!! She's off to middle school next year. This stresses me out! I'm not ready for this! She's my baby girl...ok really she's my oldest child but...it seems like I just had her and now were onto this new stage...before I know it she's going to be graduating high school! I have loved watching her grow into an amazing, beautiful young woman though. I am very proud of her!

What a bittersweet day. Those growing up milestones seem to happen way too fast. Jason and I just realized the other day that Ryan only has two years until he can drive. I am so not ready for that!
I am having the same feelings. Katherine is going to middle school next year too. It does make me feel better that Nathan will be there with her. But still a little unnerving.
