WOW!!! It's been a while...

I can't believe I haven't posted for almost 2 weeks!! I have been looking at friends blogs & thinking geez, they need to update & ignoring my own...what a hypocrit I am!!

So it's been a couple of crazy, chaotic, summer vacation weeks full of swimming & movies & playing with cousins and oh ya! JURY DUTY!!!!!That was fun! And I have to go back & do it again in December, but that's a story for another blog. I have only 3 pics of the last 2 weeks, 2 of which won't load to my computer from my phone and then other is somewhere on my camera...it's just a picture of scribbles of permanant marker on my kitchen floor by Ammon. By the way, if anyone has any tricks on how to get permenant marker off linoliem can you tell me, I've tried everything I know!! So you get the following pic instead, because I hate posting without pics!! Thie pic is of my sister Sarah one preschool morning at Target. The boys ran away & this is how she brought them back...don't they all look so happy!!!

Well I'm off to make some dinner & get my screaming baby!! Happy blogging!

Ha ha! Sara looks soooo mean! And those boys look so sad about the whole thing! Permanent marker...good luck with that!! ... Have you tried one of those Mr. Clean sponge thingy's? I think it is called an eraser of some sort, but they are supposed to clean anything. :O)

Permanant marker sounds familiar!! I never did get mine off all the way. My fil said that he has used acetone, but I've hesitated to do that on my wood cabinets. It might work on linolieum though...

Hi- did you get the permanent marker off yet? If not, pour some rubbing alcohol on it and let it sit for a few minutes then scrub with a rough washcloth. I've never done it on the floor (So maybe spot test first) but I've done it on the formica for all kinds of permanent things like Easter Egg dye that sat for 12 hours before I knew it was there arghhh.... That sounds like I am the WORST housekeeper - I admit I'm not the best but also not the worst. I was sick Easter weekend and Jason took care of the egg dying party.
