My FIRST Baby

Here you go mommies - a different kind of survey for a change - it's all about you and your first baby, I saw this on a friend's blog

1. Were you married at the time?Yep for just over 1 1/2 years!
2. What were your reactions? I was pretty excited
3. How old were you? I was 20 years old when I had her.
4. How did you find out you were pregnant? I suspected that I might be pregnant because things had not happened regularly like they should. I took the test and that was it. Pretty uneventful.
5. Who did you tell first? Of course I told Jeremy first

6. Did you want to find out the sex? A big YES! I can't not know. I have to know. I just could not stand the thought of buying lots of green and yellow when technology allows us the opportunity to find out. Plus we refered to her by her name when we found out it was a girl. She no longer was an it.

7. Due date? March 17th, 2001
8.Did you deliver early or late? I delivered 15 days early

9. Did you have morning sickness? For like a week

10. What did you crave? Potatos...lots of potatos, espcially tator-tots

11. Who irritated you the most? Nobody, I was a happy pregnant lady.
12. What was your child's sex?Female

13. How many pounds did you gain throughout the pregnancy?

About 20 lbs

14. Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? Nope
15.Where did you give birth? St. Al's

16. How many hours were you in labor? 2 1/2 hours...quick & crazy!!

17. Who drove you to the hospital? Jer
18.Who watched?Jeremy & my dad...afterwards my dad said he never wanted to see a daughter go through that again. He kind of got trapped in the chaos and stuck in the room.
19.Was it natural or c-section? All natural!!

20. Did you take medicine to ease the pain? nope

21.How much did your child weigh? 5 lbs. 14 oz.

22.Did your child have any complications? No, she was perfect.
23. What did you name baby? Kayla Dot
24. How old is your first born today? 7..crazy!
