Exercising with Kids
So I've been trying to be better about exercising daily but have been having a litle bit of a hard time. I didn't want to do it while the kids were awake because I didn't want it to take my time away from them but for those of you who know my you know how I HATE mornings...so like I am going to wake up early to workout!!! And at night, which is when I usually do it, I'm tired, I still do it, but it might be shorter because of that fact. So I have decided it is important for my children to see that I care about my health & hopefully that will help them care & keep them active. Make sense?!? I does to me! So anyway, yesterday Jer & I decided we were going to go play on the trampoline with the kids & then we had a race 2 times around the house. It was so fun!!! I was actually suprised I could still jump on the tramp after 4 babies...you moms understand right? So I was wondering what you other moms, or dads if any, do with your families to keep them active.

I put them in baseball...tee hee. Jason helps coach so he gets his exercise, Ryan and Carter play so they get their exercise. I cheer so I exercise my all important ability to yell - good for all of us right?
