Peanut Clusters

Jer and I decided this year we were going to learn how to make our own Christmas candy. We figured peanut clusters would be one of the easiest ones so we went & bought some chocolate & peanuts! After we figured out how to melt the chocolate the 'right' way they were a piece of cake. We made 2 batches for trial, then Jer made 7 batches when I was in the hospital for a candy exchange I had said I would do & then he made 2 more batches for Christmas Eve with his family.
