AKA...the Money Pit! Jeremy worked so hard on this house and made it so beautiful! There wasn't much to go with this one but up though. Jeremy worked on this house nearly everyday for a year!! A YEAR!!! We finally got it on the market in June & it never sold so we put it up for rent on Thanksgiving weekend. Well guess what...we FINALLY got it rented out!!! HOORAY!!! Thank you to Lori & Luis!!! Here are a few before & after pics of the 
house...I tried to get the before and after next to one another. Sometimes getting the pictures in the order you want them isn't the easiet on here. The pictures should be in this order...before then after: back windows/door, cement basement turnerd into a laundry room, one wall in the kitchen, front room, backyard, main bathroom.
