This week was discouraging. Yesterday morning I was up one pound...um...excuse me scale! you are going the wrong way!!
All along the way I have these little weight goals to get to the big weight goal...total sense right?!? My next little weight goal was/is right there...so close I can practically just grab it! It's so hard when you move the tiniest step back. Don't worry though! I did an extra hard workout yesterday! So hopefully next week I can make up for the pound & then some! If not...i'll just keep trying. I didn't already lose this much overnight right?
