Craters of the Moon

We had a family reunion in Eastern Idaho the beginning of August so on our way we decided to stop by Craters of the Moon. We were all fascinated by the volcanoes and different landscape. Everyone especially liked the unique formations the air pockets made in the lava and the way the rock was melted coming out of the volcanoes.

There were tons of these dead trees that seemed more petrified than dead. Jer & I both loved them. We took a few pics of them & plan on framing them. I'll post the edits of those later.
