Where've you Been?

Oh, it's me that's been gone. Well, I've been here actually, passing longing glances toward my blog as I dash to and fro' taking care of all sorts of business.

So look at this BEAUTIFUL yard!! And those brand new windows!! We , well actually Jer, has been hard at work getting this place cleaned up! He layed new sod & got one of the flowerbeds ready for planting & cleaned up all that cement. There's not any new cement down but look...there is a truck parked in there! Doesn't it look So much better! I think the neighbors are starting to like us now! They're actually talking to us & telling us how much better it looks. Just wait till we tear down the barn...oh ya, have I mentioned the barn in the back yet...we'll have to save that for another day!


So on Saturday we started the outside trim work on the windows. I'm not sure if you can see it but check out that detail!! Jer is working SO hard on making it look good & it is going to look awesome! Especially after we get it painted, which hopefully, weather permitting & siding cooperating, will be this Saturday.











This last picture is one I took of a house I ABSOLUTELY love. These are the colors we are using for the house. I think it's going to look so good...hopefully we'll know by Saturday. Then next week we should have the outside almost completely done...just in time for the cold!
