The before pics

So we decided we wanted to flip houses. On my last entry I posted a pic of the house on the day we bought it. That was May 31st. We were hoping this project wouldn't take more than 8-10 weeks but now, after 4 or 5 weeks of financing problems, we are 14 weeks into the project & hopefully about 1/2 done. I'm going to take some pictures today of what the project looks like during the flip. I'll post them hopefully Monday. This one I'm posting before pics. This about what life is these days...trying to get the house done before the market drops too much. Jer does most of it since I am with the kids. Pray that we can get it done before Mid-October. We think the hardest part is over with so we are really hoping we can make it!This is a pic of when you first walk in the front door.Here's the kitchen! Don't you just love that floor!!!This is a before picture of the laundry room. It was a HUGE mess in the basement. There was a huge pipe that went through the family room, We had an awesome plumber come in & move it & now it looks great.

Well like I said before...I'll post those pics on Monday of how the house looks now. To us, it looks a ton better, but I'm sure to everyone else it's a HUGE trash-hole! It's coming along though and it will be SO nice one it's done!
